How to Ace a Round 2 Interview - Your Career IntelIf you have made it to Round 2 of your job interview, rejoice The company is interested in you and doesnt think you are weird or unqualified or both.If you have been sweating this interview process out, you might be wondering what it actually means to be in this round, and like Rocky Balboa, how should you train to bring home the title.The good nachrichten is you dont have to punch frozen cows or run laps around Philly, you just have to do your research on the company, be intelligent in your interview and hope the company recognizes your merits to call you back for a final round.How Should You Prep For Your Round 2 Interview?Before The InterviewPrep as much as you can. Go to the company website, learn about their leadership, work culture, and the position you are interviewing for.Search YouTube for pertinent videos or partner interviews and look at insider reviews on sites like Glassdoor.com You should have done a lot of prelim resear ch before your first round but this round of research should solidify why you want to work for this firm. During the InterviewThis round is basically a show and tell process and you have to be able to give concrete examples of what you have accomplishedUse real numbers to demonstrate improvements, growth, process efficiencies and the like. For example Instead of saying, I welches really efficient at my old job, say something like I helped improve process downtime by 15%or I increased sales by 25%.You should be able to provide qualitative examples of how you have accomplished results throughout your career.Dont be one-dimensional during your interview show a little personality (key word LITTLE). Show passion for what you do both at work and outside and give examples of both.
